Ghana Real Estate & Cultural Experience Itinerary (1 Week)


Objective:

To provide participants with insights into Ghana's real estate market and development opportunities while immersing them in Ghanaian culture. You'll tour exclusive properties, visit construction sites, network with industry professionals, and explore key historical and cultural landmarks.


Day 1: Arrival and Orientation (Accra)


- Morning:  

 - Arrival at Kotoka International Airport. Private transfer to a 4-star hotel in Accra.

 - Check-in and relax.


- Afternoon: 

 - Welcome Lunch & Orientation Session 

  - Meet fellow participants and discuss the real estate market in Ghana, including laws, trends, and opportunities.

  - Overview of the week’s itinerary and introduction to key industry players.


- Evening:  

 - Free time or optional evening stroll on Oxford Street (Osu) to experience the local vibe.

 - Tour of Elmina Slave Dungeon & Cape Coast Castle

- Evening:

 - Private transfer to the airport for departure.
